  Meaning saying they're in the government and asking to call-back immediately. Used to do not call back.Caution: 2 personnel of mine were deceived in a fraud nearly the same as what's been defined by one-person above. After being instructed they own tax to the IRS, which they failed to react to warrants, that the authorities was arriving, which they were going to jail, that their youngsters were going to foster property, they commit sevarl hours on the telephones with all the representative, lost sight of the con and managed to compensated 5,000 in tax charges in a phony IRS site.
