  Tried to "renew" my account with Starrion Energy, when I do not have an account with them. Represented himself as working with JCP&L, then backtracked when I asked questions to "representing multiple suppliers."

  Keep calling property and cell number indicating it is extremely important thst i call-back. Once the call was returned by me there is no response. 20 times it only rang arount. It had been the afternoon's midst. think it is a scam.

  It is a solicitation for LifeAlert and they are driving me crazy, contacting at the very least 4X per week. They will not eliminate your amount as advised when you push 5. And, whenever you attain a live agent and ask to become removed, they contact again a day later and just say goodbye. Help me
