  Received phone number at 12:15pm central time. The caller name was Sebastian. He was from some grant loan department. Told me I wasn't interested in their products or services. I ended the number. I've been receiving calls. My best guess it is a scam

  Called with phone number and my name saying I had 9000 arriving to paying fees and my charges on time due. Wished this quantity to be called by me with a confirmation rule to receive my money
