Spam call about IRS. When you call suggested number it is out of order. They claim thay have arrest warrant

This number keeps calling and says a fraud report from the IRS has been filed since they have not heard from me in the last 6 months.

I received 16 calls from this amount. I finally answered the desk phone and the individual identified himself as a representative from IBM technology. I asked he remove me and he said he would. 5 minutes after I received another local call from this number. I didn't pick up.
