multiple calls with generic message left. I called back and Thomas said he was with Tech Audits for the IRS. There was a lot of background noises such as in a call center, his English was poor at best. I highly suspect this is a SCAM.

supposedly I went and did lab work and need to go pick at Suiza Clinica in El Paso, Texas.

This guy is a real A**, he dos not listen talks over you is very threatening. I was an employee of a business working as office staff and just because my last name is same as the owners he is now calling my house telling me I am responsible for something that I have nothing to do with. I tried to explain this to him and he becomes aggressive and threatening telling you he can sue whoever he wants. I asked for him name several times and he refused to answer, asked where he worked also he refused to answer. I do not think he is a attorney, I have never seen or heard of an attorney act like this guy. I think he is a collections agency. I actually called the business he is supposedly calling for and spoke with them and they apologized to me and told me to block his number.

They are calling because they want to tell me about services that are already included with my insurance plan that I receive for Colorado residents who are dual eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, in order to be eligible for this plan. These calls often result in offers for a healthcare provider like a Nurse Practitioner to come to your home and give you a physical, for which they will give you a gift certificate good at someplace like a local King Soopers supermarket, or Target Superstore. They often bring tote bags as little gifts for letting them give you this physical. They see this as preventive medicine which can make you aware of health concerns before they become large expenses that put a strain on the healthcare system, like diabetes management, weight management, exercise and proper eating, blood draws to measure blood sugar & cholesterol for people who miss primary care visits.
