  They phone call often, often unidentified caller, therefore am incapable of give a mobile. They cannot give you an opportunity to opt out from their calls. I've possibly gotten 50 calls. Help I am so agitated. Thankyou.

  I keep receiving calls both on my cell handset, my work phone, my home hand-set and people of my family's home. Says he's from Grant Nichols and company. Contacting a few "supply" that I received a week ago at both my home or my career and they should examine Page 12 with me since my "appearance" is fast-approaching. I called to share with them why they are calling me and desired to examine information they maintain I directed, who they're and I had not gotten a package. They said they didn't have use of the data but that they wanted to create payment agreement to pay for 000 to them. They have my social security # and got work history info & family from doing so. No package was received by me, and I have discovered no "Nichols and Grant" everywhere in Buffalo, NY or missouri, which 716 may be the location code for. They also have called from several diverse #'s including 888-539-9062, 716-362-8712, 646-789-4459, a well as several other 888#'s I can't recall.

  Got a phone call from grant and nichols that i supposedly owed 1500 bucks for bad checks writen from a previous account to bank of america and that if its not ended within 24 hours a warrant is issued as a-class mb misdermeanor offender. and that i might pay him now within the phone using a kind of transaction...i realized that was wrong called the lender and no balance owed and also called my local police dept and they said no such costs for courts might do that in this condition, i called back he hung up the telephone on me and goes to voicemail. He was a pathetic defense and obnoxious

  I have been getting the identical handset call... Supply, page 12, appearance fast-approaching... I have been finding this and similar telephone demands a little while today. They stop for a time then start up again... Usually a different circumstance and always some unusual situation. Everytime I get yourself a phone-calls like this, I google the amount and it usually leads me into a site like this... It's always a fraud... Nevertheless it is also usually frustrating. I also just want them to prevent, I've no idea how they got my number!!!

  I am getting this local call too and this Tim Johnson won't tell me what these documents are about so this needs to be described as a scam. I've not received anything either and I hope I could prevent this number. I can't locate a Grant and Nichols corporation in Buffalo, NY either. I wish they'd stop calling me!!

  Bob Johnson, theoretically of Nichols and Grant Law-Firm of Buffalo, NY calls threatening. Last week it had been multiple calls to examine the deal that sometimes sent to my home or to my place of employment. Today's threat, on my work handset voicemail no less, was that this was my "last appropriate notice" ahead of the go to my home. They will be escorted to my career, provide me in addition to my supervisor, time representative with forms, if they do not find me there. This is BEYOND preposterous!

  I have been getting the same mobile buzz, from a Tim Johnson from Nichols and Awesome. Calls about a box I apparently received both at my home or employment (never received anything) and they need to go over Page 12 about the full time of appearance and transcripts etc. I've no idea what sort of scam these people are dragging but they need to end it TODAY.

  Number keeps calling I am repeatedly said by me and the final 4 digits of my ss number are increasingly being investigated from the criminal justice department and that I need certainly to local call back quickly to resolve the problem. The man is difficult to understand and has a strong accent. He claims to be always a policeman that works for your criminal justice department. He called me by way of a nic name not my legal first name and didnt quote the proper last name.
